John Scottus girls team had their first match of the year against North William street on a wet, windy but sunny Thursday.
On Wednesday morning 6th Class came over to show us their finished products from their Grand Designs.
The action never stopped all week. Every day there were two active sessions for each class in addition to all their PE classes.
6th Class have been busy getting started on their Grand Designs projects. The student must choose a famous building or landmark and build it to scale.

ASSEMBLY PERFORMANCES Every morning in Assembly this week we had the pleasure of listening to many of the children displaying their musical talents.
5th and 6th Class have been participating in the Eason Spelling Bee this month. Each class held their own Bee and after a long competition three champions were selected.
Fifth and Sixth Class took a tour of Old Conna along with the Secondary School. It was wonderful to see the fabulous new facilities.
The whole school gathered together on Wednesday morning to celebrate Proclamation Day. We had many performances – dancing, songs and even the Wizard of Oz ‘as Gaeilge’.
