The girls Junior hockey team have been training every Wednesday since the start of term and are competing in the Leinster Schoolgirls Hockey League.
The 5th and 6h Year Classics students went to see a production of Sophocles’ play Oedipus in the Abbey Theatre with Mrs Waters and Mr O’Connor.
At the beginning of October Paul Flynn, the Dublin right half forward brought the Sam Maguire in to JSS.
The whole school has been active planting seeds in the school garden. Each class has an assigned bed.
Third year students visited Dublin Zoo Education Centre on Wednesday 16th September 2015.
The John Scottus TY students prepared a delicious lunch in aid of the Jharkali Education project on Friday Oct 16th.
On Thursday September 24th, the whole school travelled to Larch Hill scouting centre in celebration of Founder’s Day.
John Scottus primary children do PE homework. Their whole family do it.
On Oct 3rd at the Collins Barracks, there was two projects from John Scottus presenting at the Creative Engagement Exhibition.
Twenty students from John Scottus performed on stage for Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India, during his visit to Ireland on 23rd September 2015.
