On Wednesday, February 3rd, John Scottus Transition Year students hosted a Schools Climate Conference. During the conference, they engaged in meaningful discussions about how to keep the global temperature rise well below 2 degrees Celsius. The brilliant Dr Cara Augustenborg from Ireland’s Climate Change Advisory Council addressed the attendees, and the Transition Year students demonstrated impressive leadership skills on this critical issue.
