On Tuesday Nov 24th a delegation of senior students travelled to UCD having received an invitation by the School of Education to take part in the UCD student-teacher Development Education training day. Three of our 6Y students (Conor Wakely, Hannah Charlton and Aisling Gannon) spoke about their experience of teaching in India in front of a well attended lecture hall in the Sutherland Building. TY students were in attendance and shared some of their feelings ahead of the trip. There was a lot of excitement amongst the students as they witnessed their shared experience manifest itself in such an esteemed setting. Many thanks to UCD for their generous hospitality and interest in the India Project.
