1st Class were given a poem as a stimulus and then asked to respond to it by creating a clay model.
Second class were busy using their higher order thinking skills in maths this week. We were challenged how to measure crooked lines in the yard.

On Friday the 9th of May all the children from 1st Class to 6th Class spent time cleaning up the River Dodder.

ASSEMBLY PERFORMANCES Every morning in Assembly this week we had the pleasure of listening to many of the children displaying their musical talents.
Aistear theme Spring Garden Windy Pictures with blow painting & Spring Flowers Caterpillars to Butterflies – The wonder of a life cycle.
Junior Infnats went to the Secret Garden to plant their pea seeds. It was a glorious morning and the children really enjoyed being outdoors.
Fifth Class Boys and Girls took part in the Write a Book Project with Blackrock Education Centre this term.
