Our Pre-School children have been busy with butterflies!
- Butterfly garden – collect leaves, flowers, sticks, small stones, seeds, grass, and make a garden for your butterfly.
- Butterfly Pegs – decorate the cupcake cases and clothes peg to make a beautiful butterfly.
- Butterfly Painting – fold a piece of white paper in half. Open up the paper and draw a triangle on one half so one of the triangle’s points is pointing to the crease of the paper. Then, using a teaspoon or similar drip a few drops of paint inside of the triangle.
- Butterfly Snacks – have fun preparing and eating delicious butterfly symmetry snacks!
All these activities are lovely reminders of the powerful connection and unity children have with nature.
